Standout receiver-defensive back Darnay Holmes has decided to enroll at Calabasas, his father, Darick Sr., said Wednesday.
Holmes is one of the top two-way performers in Southern California.
He played for Newbury Park last season as a sophomore after attending Oaks Christian as a freshman. He considered returning to Oaks Christian before deciding on Calabasas.
He becomes the latest of a large group of transfer students to land at Calabasas. The Coyotes’ offense includes quarterback Tristan Gebbia, a transfer from Oaks Christian; receiver Keyshawn Johnson Jr., a transfer from Mission Viejo, and receiver Brian Hightower, a transfer from North Carolina.
