Fencing: Crossroads’ Charles Horowitz gets silver medal at Junior Olympics

Charles Horowitz, a student at Crossroads who competes for the LA International Fencing Center, captured a silver medal in cadet men’s epee at the USA Fencing Junior Olympic Championships in Richmond, Va., last weekend.
Nick Itkin of Los Angeles took third in cadet men’s foil.
Adrien Thein-Sandler from Topanga finished third in junior men’s epee.
