Boys’ soccer: El Camino Real (7-0) wins Burroughs tournament on penalty kicks

It took penalty kicks to determine the champion of the Burroughs soccer tournament on Monday, and it was unbeaten El Camino Real (7-0) emerging with the victory over Newhall Hart.
Goalie Alex Ramon came up with the decisive save. Here’s the link to video of the final play.
There was no scoring until the penalty kicks. Chris Attanasio of El Camino Real was named tournament MVP.
In the South Torrance tournament, Torrance won in penalty kicks over Mira Costa.
