Boys’ soccer: Cathedral wins Division 3 championship, 2-0
L.A. Cathedral won its second consecutive Southern Section championship on Friday night, beating Chaffey, 2-0, in the Division 3 soccer final.
Jose Cano scored his fifth goal of the playoffs at the 25th minute and Anthony Espana added a goal late in the second half.
Goalie Kris Guerra recorded his fourth shutout of the playoffs.
