Boys’ basketball: Vance Jackson transfers to St. John Bosco
Vance Jackson, a standout 6-foot-7 sophomore at Pasadena La Salle, has transferred to Bellflower St. John Bosco, adding another elite player to the Braves’ roster.
He joins Daniel Hamilton, considered a top player from the class of 2014 headed to Connecticut, and Tyler Dorsey, one of the top players from the class of 2015.
La Salle just had a coaching change, with former Providence Coach Ernest Baskerville taking over as coach.
Jackson changed residences, which makes him eligible immediately.
