Standout senior guard Tyler Dorsey of Pasadena Maranatha has committed to Oregon, according to CBSSPORTS.com.
Maranatha has also confirmed the report.
Oregon Coach Dana Altman was at Fairfax High on Saturday night watching Dorsey play against Chino Hills. Dorsey used to be committed to Arizona.
This season, he’s averaging 34.0 points. In a recent four-game stretch, he scored 43, 40, 49 and 40 points.
It’s going to be a reunion for Dorsey. Mayfair guard Kendall Small is also headed to Oregon. And Servite quarterback Travis Waller will join them. All three played together on a basketball team when they were little.
