Boys’ basketball: Top games this week

There’s only a couple of weeks left in the basketball regular season, so the competition for top seedings and making the Open Division is heating up.
The top game this week features No. 1 Chino Hills against No. 2 Bishop Montgomery on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Cerritos College as part of the Fairfax State Preview Classic.
In the City Section, Birmingham hosts Taft on Wednesday night in a game for first place in the West Valley League. On the same night, an improving Harvard-Westlake plays at Crespi in the Mission League.
Los Alamitos plays at Edison on Friday night for first place in the Sunset League.
