Boys’ basketball: Former Village Christian guard Clifton Powell offered by Tulsa

Former Village Christian guard Clifton Powell has been offered a scholarship by Tulsa for the 2016-17 school year, Village Christian Coach Jon Shaw said.
Powell helped the Crusaders to a 29-7 record last season as a senior.
He averaged 11.7 points.
