Baseball: Gahr’s Michael Perez, Santiago’s Brice Turang in Area Code Games

Sophomores Michael Perez from Gahr and Brice Turang from Corona Santiago will play on the Brewers team in the underclassman competition of next week’s Area Code Games in Long Beach.

Perez, a UCLA commit, is a shortstop. Turang is an infielder-outfielder.

Among the participants are Bishop Amat junior third baseman Jayson Gonzalez and JSerra junior third third baseman Royce Lewis, the Trinity League MVP.
