The 20th edition of the Ryan Lemmon Foundation’s Senior Baseball Showcase this weekend will feature four games between athletes from eight different CIF Southern Section leagues.
The showcase starts Friday at 4:30 p.m. with the Century League vs. Seaview League. A matchup between the Empire League and South Coast League follows at 7:30 p.m.
Two showcase games will be played Saturday beginning with the Pacific Coast League vs. Freeway League contest at 1:30 p.m. The showcase concludes with a 4:30 p.m. game between the Trinity League and Sunset League.
Edison’s Charlie Dysome, Fountain Valley’s Riley Hanson and Marina’s Tommy Verdugo are also part of the Sunset League roster, but will not play Saturday, their respective coaches said.
