H.B. man dies after being shot at party in Anaheim

A Huntington Beach man was fatally shot at a party in Anaheim on Sunday, according to police.
The Orange County coroner’s office identified him as Luis Corrales, 22.
Corrales and others were at a party in a commercial area in the 1500 block of West Embassy Street when he was shot, police said. Authorities didn’t specify the time of the shooting.
At about 3 a.m., a group of friends took Corrales to Anaheim Global Medical Center, police said. From there, he was transferred to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died at 6 a.m., according to the coroner’s office.
Anaheim police said they do not have any suspects in the case and asked anyone with information about the shooting to contact Orange County Crime Stoppers at (855) TIP-OCCS (847-6227) or www.occrimestoppers.org.
