Breakdown: The word is clearly out about how to stonewall the Estancia offense. But then it didn’t have far to travel. This is the third straight week the Eagles (1-3) have played an Irvine-based school and the previous two — University and Northwood — stacked the box to limit the run-oriented attack that features sophomore tailback Robert Murtha. Murtha, who amassed 261 rushing yards the first two games, has produced 127 on 47 carries the last two weeks … The Estancia offense has produced 19 points in three straight losses, after a 55-0 season-opening romp over still-winless Bolsa Grande … Beckman (2-2), has had close losses to Foothill, 13-12, and Tustin, 28-19 … The Patriots have outscored Hawthorne and Torrance by a combined 90-0 in their two wins … Estancia is hoping to get some momentum going before opening Orange Coast League play Oct. 15 against Laguna Beach.
