The Orange County district attorney’s office is looking for additional potential victims of a Sunset Beach masseur accused of sexually assaulting three women while working at Massage Envy in Seal Beach.

Jason Michael Elliott, 28, is charged with three felony counts of assault with the intent to commit a sexual offense. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of eight years and eight months in state prison. Elliott, whose pre-trial hearing was scheduled Friday, is out on $100,000 bail, according to the district attorney’s office.

Elliott allegedly sexually assaulted three women while providing them with a massage treatment at the spa in September and November 2009, and April 2010, prosecutors said. A woman contacted Seal Beach police following the November 2009 assault, and an investigation linked Elliott to other incidents, prosecutors said.

Elliott, who worked at the Seal Beach Massage Envy location from August 2009 to April 2010, was fired when the company learned of his alleged behavior, prosecutors said. But he allegedly continued to provide massage services at other locations in Orange County, including Mission Viejo. Elliott was arrested by Seal Beach police Monday, according to prosecutors.

Elliott was no longer registered as a certified massage therapist with the California Massage Therapy Council as of earlier this month, prosecutors said.

Anyone who may have been a victim of Elliott is asked to contact Supervising District Attorney Investigator Lou Gutierrez at (714) 347-8794 or Seal Beach Police Department Det. Dave Barr at (714) 799-4100, ext. 1110.
