RIVERSIDE — The Lions were eliminated from the Golden State Athletic Conference Tournament Tuesday at Cal Baptist.

Eric Kryzysiak went three for four with three runs batted in to pace the 16-hit attack for the Lions (32-18). Jacob Domingos was three for three with two RBIs.

Vanguard, the No. 3 seed, went 0-2 in the tournament and has lost seven of its last eight.

Brandon Godfrey allowed eight earned runs and nine hits in two innings to absorb the loss and fall to 7-4.

Cal Baptist, ranked No. 3 in the NAIA, is 43-12.
