St. Andrew’s host 49th annual Rummage Sale
St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church is holding its 49th annual rummage sale next week at 600 St. Andrews Road, Newport Beach.
As this giant sale approaches the completion of its first half century, it has grown to about 45,000 square feet of merchandise. Clothing, furniture, sporting equipment, electronics, books, home goods of all types, and much, much more will be for sale!
Last year the sale grossed almost $60,000. All profits are passed on outside of St. Andrew’s to organizations and projects that serve those in need locally, like Teen Challenge, Hoag Women’s Center, OC Interfaith Shelter, SPIN (Serving People in Need), Heritage House Transitional Ministry, and globally, like CARE Philippines.
The sale will take place:
Thursday, May 13, Preview sale, 3:00-9:00 p.m. ($3 donation)
Friday, May 14 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 15, Half-price sale, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
