Chloe Beeson Blom
June 12, 1946 – June 19, 2009
Chloe Beeson Blom passed away in
her home on June 19th following a
year-long fight with cancer. She was
an accomplished woman who enjoyed
a rich life as an award-winning Master
Craftsman Photographer, a published
poet, and English teacher, among her
many roles and talents. She was an
active and longtime parishioner of Our
Lady Queen of Angels Church where
she served as a Eucharistic Minister
and was on the board of Directors of Serving People In
Need (SPIN).
Chloe is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, John,
daughters, Mara and Emily, a son, Noah, her grandchildren,
Nicholas, Rachel, John Henry, Kai, Ruby and Reid, ten
brothers and sisters, 28 nieces and nephews and countless
cherished friends, who will always carry Chloe in their
hearts.
A rosary will be held Sunday, June 28th at 7:00 PM at Our
Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Newport Beach.
The funeral mass will be on Monday, June 29th at 11:00 AM
with a reception following at the Pacific Club. In lieu of
flowers donations may be made in Chloe’s name to Serving
People in Need.
