Laguna Beach Resident Violet Woodhouse Appointed Super Lawyer for 6th Consecutive Year

Violet P. Woodhouse, a certified family law specialist and certified financial planner, has recently been named a Southern California Super Lawyer for 2009. The Laguna Beach resident has been among the elite to receive this prestigious honor for six consecutive years.

This year, more than 800,000 ballots were mailed asking lawyers to nominate the best of their peers, as based on their first-hand knowledge of these lawyers in action. The extensive poll spanned Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Kern, Santa Barbara, Imperial and San Luis Obispo counties, and the resulting top five percent were selected and identified among the crème de la crème of the Southern California bar.

The 2009 Southern California Super Lawyers list will be published in an upcoming issue of the Los Angeles Magazine and in a special publication, Southern California Super Lawyers, which is a joint project of the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine. This publication will be delivered to every active licensed attorney in Los Angeles and Orange counties, and will be posted on www.superlawyers.com.
