Women’s Praying in Color Workshop
Adding Color to Our Prayers
Do you like color? Can you doodle? Do you struggle with a short attention span when you pray? Would you like to explore praying in a creative deeper way?
If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, and want to try a fun and meaningful prayer form, come to A Workshop/Retreat for Women, based on Sybil MacBeth’s Book, Praying in Color, at Laguna Presbyterian Church on Saturday, November 15, from 8:30 to 1PM. Women of all denominations are invited, and no artistic talent is needed.
Joan Trivett, a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church and Ceil Sharman, from Laguna Presbyterian, will lead the group.
To reserve your space, contact Laguna Presbyterian’s office at 494-7555 before Wednesday, November 12. A $10 fee covers brunch and materials needed for the morning. The Workshop/Retreat will be held in the Parlor of Laguna Presbyterian at the corner of Forest and Second Streets. Childcare can be requested with your reservation.
