Boat Canyon: A Maryland man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at North Coast Highway at 11:38 p.m. Monday.

Broadway: A San Clemente resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI after running a red light and swerving on the road at North Coast Highway at 2:29 a.m. Saturday.

Chiquita Street: $1,250 worth of drapes were reported stolen from a rental unit in the 200 block at 9:54 a.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 200 block at 1:16 a.m. Friday.

Monterey Drive: A $60 pot was reported stolen from a yard in the 500 block at 3:45 p.m. Friday.

Myrtle Street: A debit card was reported to be used fraudulently to take $350 in cash from an account holder in the 200 block at 12:02 p.m. Friday.

North Coast Highway: A citation was issued for public intoxication in the 1300 block at 1:45 p.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after driving erratically in the 3300 block at 2:10 a.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A deer was reported struck and killed at Canyon Acres at 10:47 p.m. Monday.

Woodland Drive: A dead deer was reported in a ditch at Laguna Canyon Road at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday.

Beach Street: A woman was arrested at Ocean Avenue on suspicion of public intoxication after she was found sleeping at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday.

Broadway: A woman accused a male acquaintance of raping her in the bus depot in the 300 block at 11:58 p.m. Wednesday.

Crestwood Circle: A mountain lion was sighted in a vacant lot next to a home in the 3200 block at 6:14 p.m. Monday.

Forest Avenue: An Irvine woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway after a traffic stop at 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 200 block at 11:49 p.m. Wednesday.

Forest Avenue: A citation for drug possession was issued in the 200 block at 3:44 p.m. Friday.

Forest Avenue: A Rancho Cordova man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Park Avenue at 12:17 a.m. Monday.

Forest Avenue: A person reported being assaulted by five other persons in the 200 block at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday.

Forest Avenue: A Newport Beach man and a Laguna Beach man were issued citations for drinking in public in the 200 block at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Ocean Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at South Coast Highway at 2:18 a.m. Thursday.

Rim Rock Canyon Road: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drug possession after a traffic stop in the 1600 block at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after kicking a flagpole and acting strangely in the 300 block of the beach at 12:34 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A woman in a bathing suit who left a restaurant without paying a $21 bill could not be located in the 300 block at 9:19 a.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: Fish waste was reported splattered on a door at a gallery in the 300 block at 12:20 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: An oven caught fire at a restaurant in the 300 block and was out within minutes at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Thalia Street: $50,000 worth of jewelry was reported stolen from a safe that was broken into in the 600 block at 1:24 p.m. Friday.

Diamond Street: An account holder in the 700 block at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday reported their credit card was used to make more than $10,000 in fraudulent charges.

Gainsborough Place: An account holder in the 700 block reported at 2:11 p.m. Monday that their gas card was used to make $900 in fraudulent charges

Glenneyre Street: A taxi cab struck a tree at Pearl Street at 7:27 a.m. Saturday.

Glenneyre Street: A briefcase was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 900 block at 8:36 p.m. Monday.

Mountain Road: A Stockton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway at 8:37 p.m. Friday.

Ocean Way: Paramedics were called when a 2-year-old ate rat poison in pellet form in the 1900 block at 3:31 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A dead sea lion was reported in front of a hotel in the 1500 block at 11:44 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: An Aliso Viejo man was issued a citation for marijuana possession at Diamond Street at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Aliso Creek Beach: A 20-year-old woman was taken to the hospital after calling police to say that she had taken 40 pills in a suicide attempt in the parking lot at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Coast Highway: A Toyota Rav was reported broken into via the rear window in the 30000 block at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday.

Coast Highway: An injured cormorant with fishing line around it was taken into custody in the 30000 block of Treasure Island beach at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

Mar Vista Avenue: A back door was reported broken open in the 31000 block at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Third Avenue: A citation for marijuana possession was issued at Coast Highway at 2:35 p.m. Friday.

Tutuava Beach: A Texas woman, a New York woman, a San Diego man and an Arcadia woman were issued citations for being minors in possession of alcohol at Lover’s Cove at 2:52 p.m. Saturday.

Vista del Sol: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 1:47 a.m. Saturday.

Wesley Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 10:12 p.m. Friday.
