COSTA MESA — Melissa Cook made four three-pointers and finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds, as the No. 2-ranked Lions continued their winning ways in the Golden State Athletic Conference, extending their regular-season conference winning streak to 50 games.
Jessica Richter had 21 points, eight rebounds and four steals for Vanguard (8-2, 4-0 in conference).
Lindsey Rinke and Lauren Gregory each added 13 points for the Lions.
