ALISO VIEJO — Lauren Draganza earned medalist honors with a two-over-par 37 to help lead the Sailors to their best team score in the eight years Scott Tarnow has been coach.
Ali Thomas scored a personal-best 39, while Kendall Horn (41), Tiffany Kim (42) and Morgan Moody (44) contributed to the nonleague tri-match win at Aliso Viejo Golf Club Thursday.
The Sailors (4-1) play against Esperanza on Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY — Eagles senior Taylor West shot three-over-par 39 for medalist honors in the nonleague victory Thursday at Mile Square Golf Club.
Also scoring for the Eagles were Ashley Peters (42), Tess Hill (48), Kim Haycraft (49) and Jackie Crosson (53).

YORBA LINDA — Kelsey Venditozzi paced the Lightning with an 18-over-par 54 in the nonleague match Thursday at Yorba Linda Country Club.
Amy Babbush shot 55, while Kimberly Venditozzi, Sara White and Sara Anderson all shot 59 for Sage (0-2).

WESTMINSTER — Samantha Hill produced two goals and two assists to help lead the Sailors in the nonleague game Thursday.
Katy Storh, Kylie Sheppard and Claire Ramser scored one goal each. Shannon Rohan contributed two assists and Lauren Rojas had one for the Sailors (6-1-1).
Newport goalie Jesse Bass recorded two saves.
The Sailors play at Glendora on Tuesday.
COSTA MESA — In non-scoring dual meets against Bolsa Grande at Fairview Park Thursday, the Eagles boys’ and girls’ teams saw four and two of their respective runners finish in the top five.
In the boys’ event, Fernando Orozco finished with the best time at 15 minutes, 56 seconds. Wes Barloon placed second (17:07), followed by Jorge Martin (17:19), Willy Rodriquez (18:10) and Cesar Casillas (18:14). Miguel Perez finished at 18:27.
Eunice Rodriguez was second at 20:18 in the girls’ race and Alexa Aguilar was fourth (20:37).
Sindy Ramirez (21:11), Alejandra Peralta (22:09), Brianna Valencia (22:53), Jenny Leon (23:58) and Kathy Fuentes (23:58) also ran for the Eagles.

CORONA DEL MAR — The Sea Kings swept nine doubles sets, with seven different doubles teams, in the nonleague match Thursday at CdM.
Lindsay Zotovich and Karen Ishii each won two singles sets for the Sea Kings (3-0), who have now won 35 matches in a row dating back to last year. They play host to Troy on Tuesday at 3 p.m. in a rematch of last year’s CIF Southern Section Division I championship match, which was won by CdM, 13-5.

NEWPORT BEACH — Sailors Emily Gelbaum and Alex McIntosh each won three singles sets in the nonleague match Thursday at Newport Harbor High.
The doubles teams of Brittany Sowers and Kristen Kahn, and Allie Shea and Avalon Sigalos, also won twice for Newport Harbor (3-0), which plays at Estancia on Wednesday.
