Wind waves will be 1 to 3 feet on a west swell of 2 to 3 feet at 9 seconds. Tonight, expect areas of fog after midnight, with westerly winds at 15 to 25 knots, becoming 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Outer waters will have areas of fog as well, and winds will be northwesterly at 10 to 20 knots, increasing to 15 to 25 knots this afternoon on combined seas of 5 to 7 feet at 9 seconds.
