PING-Arizona tournament

TUCSON, Ariz. — UC Irvine was tied for fourth place in the team standings when the second round was suspended due to darkness Monday at the Arizona National Golf Club.

The second round is scheduled to be completed today, with the final 18 holes slated to be played this afternoon.

Senior Brian Edick leads UCI in 10th place at five-under par. He shot three-under 68 in the first round Monday.

UCI sophomore Sean Shahi is in 25th place (even), while Anteaters Derek Uyesaka, a junior, and Jay Choe, a senior, are tied for 38th at two-over.
