    Bon Saveur, a waffle-and-espresso café at 202 Park Ave., has closed after about 1 ½ years in business;

    Two new shops have opened at the Pearl Street Commercial Center development, 1833 S. Coast Highway at Pearl St. Feast, a high-end housewares purveyor, and Elle H, a women’s clothing boutique, will soon be joined by a designer shoe store.
