A new shop on Forest Ave. is The Vault, at 381 Forest Ave., next to Melrose Place. Young, hip designer men’s clothing shoes and accessories, including Mark Nason, Donald Pliner, Ted Baker, Robert Graham, Antik Denim, 575 and Robins Jean;

Bon Saveur, a waffle-and-espresso café at 202 Park Ave., has closed after about 1 ½ years in business;

Two new shops have opened at the Pearl Street Commercial Center development, 1833 S. Coast Highway at Pearl St. Feast, a high-end housewares purveyor, and Elle H, a women’s clothing boutique, will soon be joined by a designer shoe store.
