MEASURE A CITIZENS’ OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE QUARTERLY REPORT

WHAT HAPPENED:

Tony Petros informed the board about recent progress, including a

great deal of community interest for site-based committees.

WHAT THEY SAID:

“On the Westside [of Costa Mesa], we’re seeing an engaged group of

parents,†Petros said.

MEASURE A PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM QUARTERLY REPORT

WHAT HAPPENED:

Rob Ragland informed the board about the progress made during the

third quarter including:

* the architects are designing renovation work for group No. 3

and No. 4 schools

* more site-based committees have been formed

* waiting for design approval from the Division of the State

Architect for the group No. 1 elementary schools

* the bidding process will start in mid-October
