* Bristol Street: Police arrested a 25-year-old man in the 3000 block
was at 12:28 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of having an outstanding warrant.
* Bristol Street: Police arrested a 28-year-old man on suspicion of
committing a grand theft in excess of $400 in the 2900 block at 3:50 p.m.
Tuesday.
* Fairview Road and Sunflower Avenue: Police arrested a 27-year-old
man at 12:08 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of having an outstanding warrant.
* West 19th Street: Police arrested a 36-year-old woman on suspicion
of petty theft in the 600 block at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
NEWPORT BEACH
* 17th Street and Orange Avenue: Police arrested a man and a woman on
suspicion of possessing a controlled substance at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. Bail
was set at $10,000 each.
* 33rd Street and West Balboa Boulevard: Police arrested a transient
man on suspicion of removing public trash at 2:25 p.m. Monday. Bail was
set at $75.
* Beacon Bay: Police reported that someone allegedly stole golf clubs,
a golf bag, a jacket and other items worth $4,140 from a garage and a car
in the first block at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.
* East Balboa Boulevard: Police reported that someone allegedly
vandalized a business sign in the 300 block at 10:32 a.m. Monday.
