* West Baker Street: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at

3:02 a.m. Jan. 31.

* West Baker Street: A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of

petty theft in the 1000 block at 3:55 a.m. Jan. 31.

* West Baker Street: A noninjury accident occurred in the 1200 block

at 8:47 a.m. Jan. 31.

* Shalimar Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 700 block at 2:56

p.m. Jan. 31.

* West 20th Street: A 47-year-old woman was arrested on an undisclosed

warrant in the 700 block at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Westcliff Drive: An estimated $1,600 worth of sweaters were reported

stolen from a business in the 1600 block at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 31.
