Vipers ride the Xpress, 11-2

Led by the five goal scoring of Tyler Lakes, the Vipers on Tuesday

rolled to an 11-2 victory over the Xpress in Atom Club Division play at

Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.

Colten Daigneault also scored twice and figured in on four assists,

Brandon Prince and David Wear each scored once with two assists, Travis

Wear and Stephanie McKnight both scored once with an assist, Cody

Bertrand and Bryon Berryhill each posted an assist, and goalie Mark

Miller stopped 17 shot attempts for the Vipers.

Robby Johnson scored for the Xpress.

In other games:

Predators 8, Flyers 7

Elvis Suquett scored three goals and assisted two others as the

Predators held off the Flyers.

The Predators also received two goals from Keith Dickson, single goals

by Christopher Lowry, Travis Benson, and Kevin Christi, and an assist

from Collin Beck.

Matt Deutschmann led the Flyers with five goals and an assist, Anthony

Thompson had a goal and assist, Phillip Lyon handed out three assists,

and Ryan Daley also scored a goal.

Stampede 8, Xpress 3

In the division’s nitecap and the second game of the evening for the

Xpress, Joseph Burkhardt scored four goals, Andrew Jackson and Kevin Cant

each scored once with an assist, and Shea Doyle and Bennett Allen each

scored once to lead the Stampede.

Brett Ross scored twice and Luc Laffer-Miller scored once for the

Xpress.
