* Arlington Drive: A purse and its contents worth $126 were stolen from a

car in the 900 block between 9 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 27.

* Bristol Street: A television, stereo, compact discs and some gold coins

worth $2,360 were stolen from a home in the 2800 block the evening of

Nov. 30.

* Newport Boulevard: A backpack and its contents worth $220 were stolen

from a car in the 1800 block between 7:30 and 9 p.m. Dec. 5.

* Panay Circle: A purse and its contents worth $454 were stolen from a

car in the 1700 block the evening of Nov. 27.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Bayside Drive: An outboard motor worth $1,500 was stolen from a home in

the 1800 block during Thursday evening.

* Grand Canal: A handgun worth $500 was stolen from a home in the 200

block between October and Dec. 4.

* MacArthur Boulevard: Several pieces of jewelry worth $5,000 were stolen

from a hotel in the 4500 block between 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday.

* Newport Center Drive: About $3,000 was stolen from a business in the

400 block Thursday evening.

* Shellmaker Drive: A two-way radio and some cash worth $2,500 were

stolen from a home in the 600 block Wednesday evening.
