Kim Kramer, one of the founders of the alliance, said the public has until early May to vote on the pieces, which include a purple octopus, a large jellyfish and a Volkswagen bus.

The winning art will be displayed as a vinyl wrap on the utility box.

Kramer said the top artist will receive a $250 gift card, while those who place second and third will receive $150 and $100 gift cards, respectively.

Kramer said the names of the artists are not being released until their parents sign release forms.
