Movie benefit features Anonymous
The Exchange Club of Newport Harbor will hold its 21st annual Movie Screening benefit on the evening of Oct. 27 at the Lido Theater. The movie “Anonymous†will be shown the night before the movie is released to the general public. The movie is a political thriller advancing the theory that Edward De Vere, Earl of Oxford, penned Shakespeare’s plays.
The evening will begin with a food festival at 5:30 p.m., followed by the movie showing at 7 p.m. Tickets prices have been lowered to $60 per person, and includes food and the movie. VIP tickets are $90 and include preferred seating and free parking.
All ticket holders receive a T-shirt, unlimited food sampling from sponsoring restaurants, admission to the movie and the warm knowledge that your donation helps prevent child abuse, according to club President Bob Wood.
