Madeleine Hordinski was a 2021 photojournalism intern at the Los Angeles Times. In December 2020, she graduated with degrees in photojournalism and anthropology from Ohio University. Her favorite kinds of stories and photographs examine memory, family and community. Hordinski’s work has been featured in the BBC, PDN, Buzzfeed and PBS’ “Frontline,” among others.
