Danielle Parenteau Decker is a former multiplatform editor at the Los Angeles Times. She has degrees from San Francisco State University and the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. Despite growing up in Torrance and Anaheim, she has never driven, a fact that once shocked her colleagues. A longtime L.A. Kings fan, Parenteau Decker returned to Southern California to start work at The Times in 2017. She left in April 2020.
