Healthcare: In a Nov. 15 Op-Ed about the Supreme Court’s decision to hear a case challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, the name of a respondent in a related case, Gonzales vs. Raich, was incorrect. The court found that Angel Raich, not Angela Raich, could be prohibited from growing marijuana for medical purposes under Congress’ constitutional commerce clause powers.
