Letters: Call a terrorist a terrorist

Re “Israel acknowledges its agents killed Palestinian,” Nov. 2
When President Obama gave the order to have Osama bin Laden captured or killed — an action he has not stopped talking about — the media hailed the event as a terrorist being eliminated. Israel does it and your headline calls the terrorist a “Palestinian,” as though this was not a military leader determined to kill Israelis.
Only if you read further in the article do you realize that he was deputy to Yasser Arafat, a co-founder of the Fatah Party and was behind numerous strikes against Israel, including a bus hijacking that killed 38 innocent Israelis.
