Memorial service planned for Kay Mills
A memorial service for Kay Mills, a former Times editorial writer and author of books relating to the history of the civil rights movement and women in journalism, will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 27 at Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Santa Monica, 1260 18th St..
Parking will be available by permit in a nearby structure. Requests for parking and other information should be sent to [email protected].
Mills, 69, died Jan. 13 of a heart attack at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica.
