Three people shot, wounded at Hawthorne park

A shooting at a busy Hawthorne park left three men injured Tuesday evening, authorities said.
The shooting was reported about 6:35 p.m. at Memorial Park, near the intersection of El Segundo Boulevard and Prairie Avenue, said Hawthorne police Sgt. Scott Nichols.
Three men were taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown.
No suspects have been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.
