Authorities seek serial flasher in Thousand Oaks

Authorities in Thousand Oaks are searching for a man who they say has been exposing himself in area parks.
In the last week, the man has exposed himself at parks in the east end of the city and typically strikes between 4 and 6 p.m., according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
The man is described as 5 foot 8 and weighing about 150 pounds with short, spiky hair. He may drive a silver compact vehicle.
Ventura County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the man’s arrest.
