Man shot to death in Westmont; killer flees
A shooting Wednesday night in the South Los Angeles neighborhood of Westmont left one man dead and authorities searching for the killer.
A man shot at three people at about 8:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of West 107th Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Two of them escaped unscathed, but one of the men was fatally struck, and the shooter fled, the Sheriff’s Department said.
