Road closures begin for Fiesta Broadway in downtown L.A.
Downtown Los Angeles streets near City Hall were closing Saturday in preparation for Sunday’s Fiesta Broadway, an annual festival of music and culture.
The closures began to roll out Saturday morning. Broadway will be closed from Temple to 4th Street; Spring Street from Temple to 1st Street; and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th streets shut between Spring and Hill streets.
Fiesta Broadway is scheduled Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. The festival will also be held on the event lawn of the new downtown Grand Park, just west of City Hall.
Road closures will be lifted before 5 a.m. Monday.
