Man’s body found in car in Canyon Country
Authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found Sunday morning in a sedan parked in Canyon Country, authorities said.
About 9:30 a.m., a Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy patrolling Golden Valley Road stopped to check on a blue Honda Accord parked on the shoulder near Robert C. Lee Parkway, Deputy Amber Smith said.
While checking the vehicle, the deputy found the man’s body inside, Smith said. The man’s identity was not released.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating the death.
