Police investigate kidnapping, release of Riverside college student
Riverside police were seeking help from the public Wednesday in identifying a man who forced a woman into his car, bound her and drove around before letting her go.
The incident happened around 4:20 p.m. Sunday in the parking garage of UC Riverside at 2500 Iowa Ave., according to the Riverside Police Department.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s with medium-length dirty blond hair, police said.
He was dressed in all black at the time of the incident.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a 2009 or newer charcoal gray four-door Nissan Sentra.
