“I’m thankful nobody got hurt, but this was bound to happen because the trees are too big,” resident Donna Johnson, 56, said when asked about the tree that fell on her car and into the street, barely missing her home on East 92nd Street in Los Angeles. The trees “are tearing up the sidewalk and they’re old and rotten.”
