Freshman Jared Arce had a two-run single in the third to lead host Eagle Rock (3-4, 2-0) over Lincoln (1-1 in league). Ernie Rafael tagged a baserunner and threw out the tying run at home plate in the sixth inning for the Eagles.

Granada Hills 3, San Fernando 0
Senior left-hander Jeff Rodner (2-1) pitched a five-hitter with two strikeouts and no walks and Jordan Gold had two hits and two RBIs for Granada Hills (3-2) at San Fernando (1-5). Rodner threw 58 pitches, 51 for strikes.

Reseda 7, Canoga Park 6 (9 innings)
Rigo Herrera went two for five with three RBIs and tied the game in the bottom of the seventh with a two-run double and knocked in the game-winning run in the ninth with a single to lead host Reseda (2-4).
