Actor David Hasselhoff, a judge on the NBC reality competition show “America’s Got Talent” since it started in 2006, has listed his Encino home at $4,195,000.
He had put the 8,947-square-foot Southern Colonial on the market at $5.95 million in early January, according to the Multiple Listing Service, then withdrew it about a week later.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom sits on nearly 1 1/2 acres entered through double gates. A tree-lined drive leads to the two-story home, which has a great room with soaring ceilings looking out on the backyard, a formal dining room, a screening room and an office. There is a tennis court, a swimming pool with spa and two guesthouses.
The property is co-owned by his ex-wife, actress Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, and was purchased in 1996, public records show. Published reports at the time put their purchase price at $1.5 million.
The 57-year-old actor starred in “Baywatch” from 1989 to 2000 and its spinoffs and “Knight Rider” (1982-86).
Bach-Hasselhoff, 45, appeared in more than a dozen episodes of “Baywatch” from 1991 to 2000.
Patricia Hodson of Sotheby’s International Realty, Sunset, and Gina Martino of Prudential California Realty, Beverly Hills, have the listing.
