Watch the Emmys with us on Sunday

Is this the year an African American woman will finally win an Emmy for lead actress in a drama? Will Jon Hamm finally get a best-actor win for his role as Don Draper on “Mad Men Will Lena Dunham show up in a frothy ombre dress? How will first-time host Andy Samberg do? So many questions, and we can hardly contain our excitement.

We’ll be live blogging the 67th Emmy Awards on Sunday, starting with the red carpet at 2:30 p.m. PDT,  chronicling (and yes, sometimes obsessing over) the wins, losses, memorable moments, best and worst dressed and more at latimes.com/emmys. We’ll also be tweeting @latimesent and Snapchatting; find us by searching the username LosAngelesTimes.

We hope you’ll join us!

“Any award show without Beyonce is just a room full of nobodies, unless, of course, you have Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson) and Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) in the building. Here’s to hoping one of them makes history as the first black woman (EVER!) to win an Emmy for lead actress in a drama.â€

Who: Yvonne Villarreal, writer, will be reporting from the press room.

“I need someone to hold me if Jon Hamm becomes the Susan Lucci of the Primetime Emmys. Also, if you're one of those people who watch the Emmys while scrolling through Twitter and Instagram, it is my sole purpose to serve you. I'll be in the press room giving snapshots of what you don't see on TV.â€

“I'm pumped about the fun, fashion and flubs! I'll be in the press room, where winners will be adding to (or amending) their acceptance speeches, sharing quotes and pictures that you won't see on TV.â€

"I'm excited for Andy Samberg jokes and a potential Jon Hamm "Mad Men" win. I'd also be happy if "Game of Thrones" snagged some more awards. But like Jon Snow, I know nothing -- it's all in the hands of the Emmy voters!"

Who: Booth Moore, fashion critic

“I'm looking forward to the stylish ‘Mad Men’ cast's Emmys red carpet swan song, and I always love to see what fashion pros Claire Danes, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Jane Fonda are wearing. Plus, the fashion industry is crazy about ‘Empire's’ Cookie, Taraji P. Henson, so she's one to watch. On the men's side, Alan Cumming and David Oyelowo always dress interestingly.â€
