‘Bones’ on Fox definitely not broken, will return for Season 11

Fox’s “Bones” may be a bit old, but it’s still strong.

The network is picking up the drama series about a highly skilled forensic anthropologist and an FBI agent, who are also married to each other, for an 11th season.

Returning to the cast are Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, TJ Thyne, Michaela Conlin and John Boyd. Also returning is creator and executive producer Hart Hanson.

Though the series has never been a huge hit, its renewal defines its status as a steady and reliable performer for Fox.
