Where to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a quiet dinner, a black tie party or bottle service

If you haven’t made your New Year’s Eve plans yet, we’ve got some suggestions. The following is a list of restaurants and bars around the city open on the last night of the year, from those serving a quiet dinner with a Champagne toast, to places putting on a show. Celebrate with a Spanish masquerade party, a luau feast, a black tie party, or a ‘20s dance party with bottle service. Whatever you do, just get home safe.

Artisan House is serving a masquerade-themed, three-course prix-fixe dinner with two seatings. The first seating is $75 per person at 6 p.m. and the second seating is $125 at 9 p.m., and includes a Champagne toast and party favors. 600 S. Angel City Brewery is throwing a party with no cover. The brewery will be open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and the first 150 guests get a special Champagne Berliner toast. 216 S. The Arthur J will have dinner seatings at 6, 8 and 10 p.m. A $95, five-course tasting menu will be available, along with the regular dinner menu. Wine pairings are available for an additional $55. Baltaire will have two seatings, including a $175 five-course prix-fixe menu with reservations from 5:30 to 6 p.m. and a second seating with reservations from 9 to 9:45 p.m. for $250 per person. Bar Amá is having a family-style Tex-Mex feast with guacamole and chips, queso, shrimp ceviche, a selection of vegetables, lamb birria, shrimp fajitas and green enchiladas. The Bazaar is hosting its fifth annual A Very Bazaar New Year’s Eve Spanish Masquerade event at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. The party starts at 8 p.m. and includes tray-passed tapas, cava, wine and specialty cocktails. Tickets are $225. Honeycut is offering all guests complimentary sparkling wine. Tickets are $60 for general admission. Guests are guaranteed entry and sparkling wine. If you’re going to party in a group of about 40 to 50, packages are available for $5,000 and include two bottles of choice premium liquor, mixers, 15 bottles of Cremant d’Alsace sparkling wine, eight bottles of Perrier Jouet Champagne, and 100 drink chips. Manhattan Beach Post will have some new dishes available, including foie gras with Braeburn apple pearls and a pumpkin-ricotta gnocchi.
