Reservations are highly recommended. To book, call (323) 491-9003 or visit www.oliversprime.com. Oliver’s Prime, the Grafton Hotel, 8462 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood.

If Dad is in the mood for Italian, try Celestino Restaurant and Bar, which is offering its beef carpaccio with capers and Parmesan cheese, plus the Celestino filet mignon, served alongside herb roasted potatoes and topped with a Barolo wine reduction. Celestino will be open Sunday for dinner from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. 141 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena, (626) 795-4006, www.celestinopasadena.com.
