Designing costumes for Shania Twain’s gig at Caesars Palace in Vegas took designer Marc Bouwer six months in development plus three weeks of on-site finishing touches. Most of the clothes were inspired by ensembles the star has worn in music videos. One of the challenges: designing a formal gown that horses (part of the show) wouldn’t step on. [WWD]
